The primary objective of the visit was to advance the Dedicated Mission project, focusing on integrating the client's optical payload with SatRev's innovative platform. During a two-day delegation TelePIX representatives Dongwook Koh, Satellite Operations Director and Dowon Lee, Business Development Manager were discussing with SatRev key project stages:
- Review of Satellite Operations Process: TelePIX and SatRev teams conducted a comprehensive review of satellite operations for the mission to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Presentation of AIT Process: SatRev showcased its Assembly Integration and Testing (AIT) process, elucidating how TelePIX's payload would seamlessly integrate with the SatRev platform.
- Discussion on Future Collaboration: Both parties engaged in fruitful discussions regarding future collaboration opportunities, with possible development of additional satellites of similar dimensions and approach to joint development of a 16U platform with a larger optical instrument.
The visit marked an important milestone in the ongoing collaboration between the two companies based on previously signed contract in November 2023. Under the contract, the company will develop a 10-kilogram 6U satellite carrying an onboard optical AI instrument from TelePIX.

The visit of TelePIX representatives to SatRev's headquarters symbolizes the deepening of strategic ties between the two companies. Through collaborative efforts and shared objectives, SatRev and TelePIX are poised to achieve new milestones in the field of satellite technology. The contract is part of the TelePiX Blue Carbon AI satellite program and involves the development of the platform, integration and launch, and operation of the satellite.
